After rhinoplasty in the ward!

No More Asymmetric Face!

Before surgery 

When I was little, I got beaten by friends so have had sunken and asymmetric face even now.

As time passes, it becomes stressful and when I eat, my jaw is painful.
So I decided to get a surgery to fix those problems.

 14th day after double jaw surgery

It's been 2 weeks after double jaw surgery.

I still have swelling but I can see my face changed a lot compare to before surgery!

My face became symmetrical!!!

Of course, it was not easy procedure and I had pain and discomfort.

But now I couldn't be happier with my new look! 

1 month after double jaw surgery

 

It's been one month post-op, I have no discomfort in daily life. 

I still can't have chewy food so I am on a soft diet!

 4 months after double jaw surgery

It's been 4 months post-op!!

Almost all swelling went down and I am recovering well.

 Dr.Choi said my face will keep changing as time passes and I can see my face gets better everyday!

So I have high expectation now :)

5 months after double jaw surgery

 

I didn't realize before but I can see it got so much better after surgery when comparing with my old pictures.

Now I can have hard food and don't have discomfort at all! haha.

6 months after double jaw surgery 

It's been a half year from the double jaw surgery!

I actually wanted to get rhinoplasty too but Dr.Choi suggested me to wait until I have full recovery haha. so I was waiting for this moment so much!

Because I had sunken face as well as deviated septum, I had difficulty of breathing.

14th days after rhinoplasty 

It's been 2 weeks from rhinoplasty :)

Since I got double jaw surgery, rhinoplasty was nothing!

Fortunately, my recovery was fast so had no problem with breathing and my nose became straight! 

I am so happy!

21st day after rhinoplasty 

Now my face is fully recovered and nose is healing well without any problem :) 

My friends said I look like a different person hehe

Zygoma Reduction And Revision Rhinoplasty, Jeongwoo's Concern's Solved!

Before surgery

Since long time ago, I have had complex on my blunt nose and protruded cheekbone. 

I thought once my nose becomes slimmer, my face could look slimmer too so I got a rhinoplasty in another hospital but I was not satisfied with the result. 

It made my blunt nose look worse(bigger) and silicon was not smoothly connected with my forehead so it looked very unnatural.

Moreover, after the surgery, I got nasal congestion which was not there before the surgery.

It was very uncomfortable and affected my daily life.

I was so stressed and realized that only rhinoplasty couldn't fix my wide face shape.

Because of functional nose surgery, for 1 week, my nose was blocked with supporting inner cast and packing which made me feel hard to breathe.

After removing inner cast on the 14th days post-op, I can't forget how fresh the first breath was.

Over all my nose still has swelling but pain was little :)

1 month post-op

My recovery took so fast and protruded cheekbone went in which made my face line look more smooth!

My nose also became defined after the revision rhinoplasty.

2 months post-op

I took this photos when I came for 2 months follow up treatment in GNG Hospital haha.

The scar healed well and swelling is almost gone so I was happy!

3 months post-op

It's been 3 months post-op. 

This is exactly what I wanted and I am very satisfied.

Swelling has gone a lot and scar healed well so it is almost not visible :)

6 months post-op

Doctor said swelling goes away until 6 months which was true :)

I didn't realized it but when I compared with old pictures It was obviously different.

The result was satisfactory. 

My complex which gave me a lot of stress disappeared at once. I couldn't be more than happy.

Real Story-From Blunt Nose To Defined Nose!

The left side of photo is before surgery and you can see my blunt nose~!

In the right side of photo, you can see my pretty nose line starting from nose bridge to tip.

Now let me begin my real story~

 Before surgery, I was a normal cute(?) girl.

Like, when I go on a blind date, people often say I look cute rather than beautiful.

<Before surgery>

Even some famous selfie editing apps couldn't make my blunt nose look prettier.

while it can easily make my face line smoother and skin ton brighter.

Since I was a middle school student, I had complex on my blunt nose.

So I decided to get rhinoplasty and did alot of online research and end up choosing GNG Hospital~

 

<Right after the surgery>

This is me right after the surgery on the hospital ward bed ;)

The blue color cast is to protect and maintain the nose shape...and the gauze is to prevent runny nose and some blood from coming out.

I thought my swelling and bruise will be worse since I got functional surgeries(septoplasty,rhinitis surgery and nasal valve surgery)as well. But it was way better than I thought.

Still, it was very painful on the 1st day and there were packing inside both nostrils so it was not easy since I need to breathe only with my mouth.

<7 days post-op>

When you go to the hospital on the 7th day post-op, the blue color cast is removed. 

And that is the picture when I was going to the school after removing the case and I wore light make up to cover up my bruise.

You can see your nose became beautiful and can see the shape even after 1 week even though there is small swelling and sometimes I can feel some sensation on my nose bridge but it doesn't bother me much.

<14 days post-op>

It's been 2 weeks~

When you go to a hospital after 14 days post-op, the nurse removes transparent plastic which called "silastic(?)" from the nostrils. After that, you will feel much better because air comes in more. Nose shape and nasal blockage have been improved at once~

That's the biggest reason why I chose GNG Hospital!

After 1 month from the surgery, you wouldn't remember your original nose and you would just feel this new nose is your original nose haha.

<2 months post-op>

This is 2 months selfie! My nose look so natural and I love it!

Before surgery, I used to wear only casual clothes but since now I have nice nose bridge which makes me look good with formal clothes as well~

<3 months post-op>

I don't usually wear glasses for fassion...but here I am!

I have been told that I need to avoid wearing glasses for a month because it might press the nose bridge....

Time flies~ It's winter~

Finally I am in a relationship in 2015 Christmas! 

If I didn't get rhinoplasty almost half years ago, I wouldn't have this chance.

So I definitely think I made a great choice!

Hye Won's Plastic Surgery Review!

Hi everyone. I am Hye Won Park. I have so much interest in beauty treatment and used to be a common girl in Korea. When I was young I used to hate my flat nose, high cheekbones and bulging mouth.

I get to know about GNG hospital through my friends. The most reliable thing about GNG hospital was my friends' change after their surgery. I found GNG was providing the meticulous treatment after surgery and great changes on them. Even more, I heard the doctors in GNG are highly skilled in each part. Since I wanted to make over whole face, I asked GNG hospital for eyes, nose and cheekbone surgery. I think it was great fortune that I get to know GNG hospital.

Right after surgery, I wasn't sure that my surgery went well or not because of the pain. After I recover from  anesthesia, doctor came to see me in person and told me the surgery was successful.

Also, he showed me my bones that he removed from my square jaw during surgery.

I was hospitalized for one night and took picture of this black button. It is to call nurse who are on standby for 24 hours. I really appreciate nurse came for my calls during midnight. After the facial contouring surgery, I couldn't chew and eat properly but GNG hospital served me yellow pumpkin soup while I was staying in hospital.

A day after my surgery, I left hospital and came back home. When I was leaving hospital, I removed the bandage covering my face and wore tightener which is good for my swollen face. The doctor said my face would be swollen the most in three to five days. For my nose, I was wearing a cast for one week. Since I did nose and face contouring surgeries at the same time, it was difficult to breathe in and out.

Today is the day removing the cast on my nose! For this week, I went out for walk everyday wearing mask for recovery.

This is when I was taking 'Infrared radiation lamp treatment'. The red light was so warm and made me relieved.

 

The second picture was taken while I was having 'Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment'. This treatment helps blood circulation , remove infection and reduce swelling. It depends on the people but I think I don't swell much and I am really satisfied with my double eyelid line!

It took 40 minutes for this treatment and my doctor came and checked my condition very carefully. I had so many questions and doctors didn't get bothered and kindly answered all the questions I had. Doctors showed me the CT pictures and explained how's my condition.

It has been 14 days after the surgery! This is my selfie without make up. My double eyelids are well maintained. This week I removed the 'Silastic' from my nose which had been supporting my nose. Now I feel comfortable and much better with breathing! I got confidence and feel like hang out with my friends!

The third week after surgery! My face become clear and I feel like I don't need make-up anymore! My facial skin is also getting healthier than before. Still my face is little swollen up but I believe it will go away soon!

Time flies! It has been one month after my surgery. I am very satisfied with  my double eye lid and my nose looks sharp without filler. My face is still swollen up but  it will go away in three months. I read many reviews before surgery and people said it is hard to open mouth, can't eat or can't feel anything on jaw after surgery. In my case, I don't have any problem with eating but still chewy things are little hard to eat. Now my nose and eyes are totally fine and look so natural!

Today, I came to studio to take picture. Make-up artist and hair stylist have done my make up and hair for shooting! Do I look pretty?

This is the third month after surgery. I think GNG is the only one hsopital take care of patients even after three months. 'High frequency facial treatment' has been done by aesthetician and this treatment should be done three times a week. First, the aesthetician applied cream on my face and did high frequency treatment on my face. Next, 'LED treatment' healed my skin. The red light heals acne and the blue light soothes skin. The final step is facial pack cooling down skin. After the treatment, my skin become better than before.

After skin care, I visited my friend's house. Whenever I remove my make up after my work, I always become so depressed to see my face. After the surgery in GNG hospital, I don't depressed anymore without make up. I sincerely appreciate Doctors in GNG!
