2. 3D CT-scan & Rays

- X-rays :  The front, side, and panoramas show the shape of the facial bones, the occlusion of the teeth and check the growth plate of the fingertip to see if the growth plate is closed.

- 3D CT-scan :  Checking the shape and thickness of the facial bones as well as the location of the main nerves
- Chest X-ray : The most simple test to diagnose chest diseases such as the lungs, the mediastinum between the heart and the left and right lungs.

Why is Post-op Care Just as Important as the Surgery?

One of the most important things that a patient should understand before undergoing the knife, is that the surgery, itself, is only half of it. Post operative care and proper rehabilitation is just as important as the surgery and should not be taken lightly. It is imperative after surgery that you follow your doctor’s instructions to avoid any complications and to ensure a smooth, quick recovery. 

Not only does GNG Hospital focus on the surgery itself, but on the importance of systematic post-operative care. From therapeutical hyperbaric oxygen treatment to high-frequency infrared de-swelling laser care, the quickest, smoothest recovery can be ensured. With 31 private hospital rooms ready in our ward under the finest clinical care by the leading medical team, patients can stay up to 1-3 nights to ensure a thorough, safe, and full recovery during their stay. 🏥

LED light treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy will begin from immediately after surgery and will be done during each post-op visit to ensure a quick, smooth recovery. Each patient will also be given two 30-minute complimentary nutritional supplement IV drips during the first night. 

What kind of medication is included in your post-op care package? 🏥💊

Each patient will be individually prescribed medications inclusive of the following (please note that medication will vary based on the patient’s health record, medical condition, etc.): Amoxicillin (antibiotics), Menisolon (swelling steroids), Transamin Cap (hemostatics - keep bleeding within a damaged blood vessel), Taurolidine (antihistamine), Dibrufen (anti inflammatory), Mosapride Citrate (gastrointestional agent).

Prior to each surgery, our patients will undergo a series of medical examinations to ensure the safest surgery possible. Medication will be prescribed and given directly to the patient from our hospital.
